Marketing Manager
100k package (up to 80k basic)

My client is looking for an exoerienced strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in I.T. and ideally the enterprise software market. The role will be hands on with a strategic outlook, focussed on developing and executing a strategic and operational solution led marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be capable of representing the company professionally and becoming an internal evangelist to ensure the successful adoption of a solutions led approach throughout the region. You will be a senior marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years IT industry experience in a similar role with proven success in developing marketing strategies and programmes that support a solutions lead business strategy. You must be able to demonstrate in depth experience in the planning and execution of fully integrated marketing programmes including direct mail, email, online, events, webinars, PR and outbound telemarketing. You must also have a good understanding and familiarity of web technologies and social media communications, opportunities and best practices and be an experienced external speaker i.e. comfortable presenting in situations varying from one-to-one meetings through to large audience presentations. Customer Service Associate

My client is looking for a customer service representative with at least 2 - 3 years experience within a customer service role. The Role of the Customer Service Associate maintains responsibility for processing all orders and/or license management (LM) cases ensuring that the orders and/or licenses flow through the entire order processing lifecycle and systems with the accuracy level required. The Customer Service Associate must have a thorough understanding of all orders and/or service request types and sales licensing program rules.
